Domestic Order – United States and Canada
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, Parcel Post. This service takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to arrive to destinations in the U.S and Canada. Upon shipment, you will be e-mailed with information regarding the shipment. No shipment Tracking is available but we guaranteed all merchandise shipped. If you wish to expedite the shipment of your order, please e-mail us at info@osselets.com so that we can calculate the Express Mail Service rate, based of the size of your order. Shipment Tracking is available with Express Mail Service.
International orders
We ship to all International destinations. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, Air Courier. No shipment Tracking is available. For Express Shipping service to International destinations, please contact us at info@osselets.com so that we can calculate the Express Mail Service rate, based on your country of destination and the size of your order. Shipment Tracking is available with Express Mail Service.
Local Pick-up
If you live in an area where a Regional Distributor is located nearby, you have the option of picking up your order directly at the local distributor’s address, thereby eliminating shipping and handling cost. In such a case, you will be provided a Control Number that you will present to the local distributor when claiming your order. Proper identification must also be presented at the time of pick-up.
